Lopes
Today I want to tell you about Lopes. Lopes is a traditional
cake that easily we can find in Malaysia. The Lopes taste are sweet and
natural. The main sources to make it are cassava and coconut flesh.
There are many types of traditional cake that usually
produced here in Malaysia. But there are some cake that is easy to find and
less cost to make it. One of them is the Lopes. Why? Let me tell you a little
bit about that.
As I mention earlier the main source of the Lopes are
cassava and coconut flesh. We also need to add sugar to make it sweet. Other
materials for cooking process for the cassava is banana leaves. So as I told
you that this cake need only less cost to make because both of the sources we
can get easily from our farm. The cost that we consider to use budget of money
is only to buy sugar and include the cost to cook it.
