HELLO ITS ME AGAIN WITH ANOTHER BLOG TODAY I'M GONNA SHARE MY FAVORITE DISH IT'S CALLED AS HALANG-HALANG(SPICY CHICKEN DISH) AND THE CATCH IS I WILL SHARE THE RECIPE! ALSO I CAN COOK IT! LET'S DO THIS.

INGREDIENTS:
  • CHICKEN MEAT (ANY PARTS WOULD DO)
  • BELL PEPPER, CHILI PEPPER OR ANY KIND OF CHILI PREFERENCE OF WHAT HOTNESS YOU WANT
  • GARLIC
  • ONION
  • SOY SAUCE
  • GINGER
  • SALT (TO TASTE)
  • WATER
PROCEDURE:
FIRST CHOP CHICKEN MEAT INTO BITE SIZES OR TO YOUR PREFERENCE AFTER WASH THOROUGHLY AND LET IT BOIL ON COOKING PAN WITH LID AROUND 15-20 MINS. OF BOILING, MAKE SURE WATER IS MORE THAN THE AMOUNT OF CHICKEN CAUSE LATER ON WE WILL USE IT AS OUR BROTH AND TO FULLY MAKE USE OF IT'S BROTH LETS ADD A BIT OF SALT AND GINGER TO ADD FRAGRANCE TO IT WHILE BOILING.

WHILE IT'S BOILING LETS MOVE ON TO THE CHOPPING OF THE OTHER INGREDIENTS SO WE WILL NEED THE ONION,GINGER,GARLIC AND THE CHILIS THE TYPE OF CHOP I WOULD PREFER ALSO FOR PRESENTATION IS BY LONG STRIPS BUT IT DEPENDS IF YOU WANT PRESENTATION HAHAHA..SO FOR SAUTEING WE NEED ANOTHER PAN TO PRE-HEAT AND A LITTLE AMOUNT OF OIL TO CHECK IF THE OIL IS ALREADY HOT U CAN SPLASH JUST A LITTLE SPRINKLE OF WATER AND WHEN YOU HEAR THE BURST OR REACTION OF THE OIL AND WHEN IT STOPS POPPING THEN ITS READY. USE MEDIUM FIRE TO AVOID ANY OVER COOKING OF THE VEGETABLES. SAUTEED ONION AND GARLIC INTO GOLDEN BROWN.

WAIT UNTIL BOILING OF SOUP APPEARS ADD SALT AND SOY SAUCE FOR YOUR TASTE PREFERENCE WHEN YOU FIND YOUR TASTE IS RIGHT ALREADY ADD THE CHILI THE MORE THE HOTTER THE MORE FLAVORFUL LET IT SIT FOR A MINUTE OR YOU CAN SERVE IT WHILE ITS HOT ITS GOOD TO PAIR WITH RICE..
