Kwek kwek is a famous Filipino street food that has been going on for a long time. It's made by deep-frying a rounded orange batter with quail eggs inside it and it is served in a cup or in a stick with sauce on it. The serving will only cost you P12 for 3 pieces of kwek kwek. It is famous for the Filipinos as well as the foreign people because it is affordable and it tastes so good.

Another Filipino street food is siomai. Siomai is a Chinese dumpling that Filipinos have adapted and made it as one of the famous street foods in the country. Siomai is made out of three flavors, there's a pork siomai, chicken siomai and beef siomai. It is cooked in two ways, fried or steamed. However, steamed siomai is most commonly ordered by the Filipinos. One piece of soimai will only cost you P7 and it is served with a special hot sauce, soy sauce and a lemon.

Tempura is also a favorite when it comes to Filipino street food. Although it is a Japanese dish, Filipinos adapted it and made a street version of it which is less expensive. Tempura is made out of fish or vegetables covered by batter and then cooked in deep-fry. Usually, it will only cost you P12 for 3 pieces just like kwek kwek. It is also served in a cup or in a stick with sweet and hot sauce on it.

Another favorite is sorbetes, a street version of ice cream which is mostly associated with the name 'dirty ice cream' but its not really dirty. It is made out of coconut milk or just an ordinary milk. Sell by street vendors in a cart, it is usually comes with different flavors, chocolate, mango and ube, which are the top go-to flavors that Filipinos are fond to order. It is served in sugar cones or cups in an affordable price.
