Jeepneys or somtimes called as jeep, this is one of the most famous public transportation used by Filipinos in their daily life. They are known for their crowded seating and amazing arts and decorations inside and out of the jeepneys. Jeepneys are often seen in the cities which they have their own groups of drivers and designated routes to travel and sometimes they're hired for long travels like from town to town.

Aside from Jeepneys, Tricycle is second most popular means of public transportation in the country. If you're looking for a ride that will drop you on the exact address, then you have to ride tricycle. Taxi is too expensive and jeepneys can't go through narrow roads. They're built in a variety of styles which depends on the place they are in. Tricycle can take you from one street corner to the other in a faster way.

Habal-Habal (motorcycle taxi) is one of the alternative form of public transport and you can find anywhere in the Philippines. Habal-habal is often used when you're running late to work or travelling in places where taxi, jeepneys and tricycle can't go through or can't handle rough and narrow roads. This is not for the faint hearted people and its quite extreme in some areas in the country.

Pedicab is another means of transportation in the country and some called it "Padyak". Pedicab's are best only in flat terrain and used in short distance travel only because it is powered by human. It offers rides for those who can't walk in short distance. Nowadayspeople ignores pedicabs because of its slow speed.
